Without health of body, your mind and spirit can not focus purely. Without health of mind, your body and spirit can not be recognized. Without presence of spirit, your body and mind are misused tools of life. Your health is a perception, and it is something that can be taken from you in an instant. With all the ways you can loose it, you can never allow yourself to give it away prematurely.
